As head waiter of the Valldemossa Hotel restaurant, I would like to welcome you and urge you to come and enjoy our cuisine and our service which is always professional, attentive and cordial.

Our hotel bar is small in size but very complete, offering liqueurs and drinks for even the most demanding of tastes.

With regard to wines, I would like to say that we have carefully and affectionately drawn up a list which does not include all the wines we would like it to, but which nevertheless contains over 150 references from different regions of Spain, often little known to our guests who are grateful for being introduced to them.

In short, in our restaurant we enjoy our guests enjoyment.
