We know that breakfast is the main meal of the day. That’s why we provide a wide variety of cold and hot fresh produce at our petit buffet. From traditional Valldemossa potato coca buns and ensaimadas to Mallorcan ramallet tomatoes, Mallorcan sausage specialities and cheese, including our own extra virgin olive oil, salmon and avocado wraps, fresh fruit and our menu of egg dishes from our own hens, crepes and shakes.
Every lunchtime our Bistro menu offers lighter fare that you can eat on our terraces with views of Palma Bay. This includes our gazpacho with cucumber ice-cream, Angus hamburger and homemade tiramisú. On Sundays you can enjoy our Music Lunch, when meals are made more entertaining by a small live band that changes every month with the menu.
For romantic evenings by candlelight, we offer exquisite à la carte dishes accompanied by good wine and live music. For a more complete experience, order our delicious tasting menu, because you really should try Mallorcan lamb, porcella negra (black suckling pig) and fresh fish of the day. We also serve dishes of the day and set menus that vary depending on the produce in season.
